I am grateful..

With Thanksgiving right around the corner, it's never too early to write down or think about what we are grateful for..no matter small or large..

So if you are going through a rough patch, this simple exercise may help uplift you a bit..

Here's my list..
1. I'm grateful for a nice warm bath to soak my sprained ankle..
2. I'm grateful for a lovely sandwhich that my boyfriend made for me for lunch..
3. I'm grateful for understanding clients..
4. I'm grateful for the crutches we borrowed from a close friend, so I can get around a little better..

Ok those are some of the things I'm grateful for..
Make your own list..and see what you come up with..I'm sure it will uplift your spirits..
