With Thanksgiving right around the corner, it's never too early to write down or think about what we are grateful for..no matter small or large..So if you are going through a rough patch, this simple exercise may help uplift you a bit..
Here's my list..
1. I'm grateful for a nice warm bath to soak my sprained ankle..
2. I'm grateful for a lovely sandwhich that my boyfriend made for me for lunch..
3. I'm grateful for understanding clients..
4. I'm grateful for the crutches we borrowed from a close friend, so I can get around a little better..
