
Affirmations are short phrases,words, or statements used to create positive changes in your life..By saying affirmations your subconscious mind takes the thought as truth..We say negative affirmations all the time..Why not turn it into something positive? Like we might say,"I don't have enough money". By constantly thinking or speaking this negative affirmation, we are telling the universe I don't have enough..the universe hears this and gives us MORE of NOT ENOUGH..
If you think or speak..I have wealth, I have success..or Wealth Success..This will sink into your subconscious mind and will be taken as fact..As if you already have wealth, you already have success..and magic will begin to happen in your life..
In order for affirmations to work you need to say them either out loud, silently, write them down,type them out for at least 5 mins a day..Repetition is KEY! The more you use it the more the subconscious mind will accept it as FACT..The best times to practice your affirmations are when you first wake up and right before you go to sleep..This is when we are still groggy and we aren't so focused in our conscious mind or conscious thoughts and the subconscious can easily accept these thoughts..
